You will find a combination of effective workouts, nutrition guidance via tips, and lifestyle tips to ensure a well-rounded step in the right direction for your fitness goals!This program was designed to be FULLY completed at home. (Can be completed at a fitness facility as well).Equipment required for Home Program: 1 pair of light dumbbells, 1 pair of medium dumbbells (1 pair of semi-heavy dumbbells OPTIONAL)

In addition, in consideration of Peachy Fit Fitness providing the requested services, you, individually and on behalf of your heirs and representatives, shall indemnify and hold the Company, including all of the Company’s managers, members and employees (collectively referred to as "Company Releasees"), harmless and release, and forever discharge Company Releasees, from any and all claims, liabilities, and responsibilities, including but not limited to attorneys' fees and costs, which may be asserted against Company Releasees by you or anyone else arising out of or in any way connected with the services to be provided by the Company, including injuries (personal and financial), damages and/or death. You also agree to not share and/or copy any programs and/or challenges from Peachy Fit Fitness, LLC.
